Dinner Theater
The North Central Missouri Children's Advocacy Center held a dinner theater on April 11th and 12th at Pleasant View R-6 School. Over 150 people attended the play and over $2500 was raised to support the Children's Advocacy Center. The Trenton Acting Guild presented "The Female Odd Couple" as this year's play. The staff and board members would like to thank Pamida, Hy-Vee, and The Ketcham Center for selling tickets. Special thanks goes to Premium Standard Foods, Hy-Vee, Wal-Mart in Chillicothe and Cameron, Dungy's Affiliated Foods in Gallatin, Hamilton Hy-Klas, Save-A-Lot, Terry Toms and Lori Irvine, Washington Street Food and Drink, Hardee's McDonald's, Schwann's, and Pizza Hut for all of the food donations. Monetary donations were made by Farmers Bank of Northern Missouri and Ron Faulkner. Thanks also go out to the Girls Scouts that helped serve the meal, they were really working hard. Special thanks to Cathie Smith and Barb Spencer for cooking the delicious meal. We wish to thank everyone for their continued support of the center so we can continue to serve abused children in our ten county area.
