About Child Sexual Abuse in Our Area

Last year alone, we had 204 referrals to our center.  Seventy of the children were male, and 130 were female.  Our average age of children who are interviewed is 8 years old.  We had 172 sexual abuse cases and 18 physical abuse cases.
